I. Product Overview

The high-pressure cleaning plunger pump is the core power unit of an industrial high-pressure cleaning system. It realizes liquid suction and pressurization through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, which can output ultra-high pressure cleaning water jets. It is widely used in equipment descaling, pipeline dredging, surface derusting and other operations in chemical, metallurgical, shipbuilding, municipal sanitation and other fields.

II. Core Working Principle

Suction Phase: The plunger moves backward, the volume of the pump chamber increases to form negative pressure. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the suction valve opens and liquid enters the pump chamber.
Pressurization Phase: The plunger moves forward, the volume of the pump chamber decreases, the liquid is squeezed to form high pressure, the suction valve closes and the discharge valve opens. The high-pressure liquid is delivered to the cleaning terminal through the discharge pipeline.
Cyclic Operation: The crankshaft connecting rod mechanism drives the plunger to perform continuous reciprocating motion to achieve continuous output of high-pressure liquid.

V. Operation and Maintenance Precautions

Medium Requirements: Clean soft water (impurity content ≤ 50 mg/L) shall be used. Liquid containing hard particles such as sand and metal chips is strictly prohibited from entering the pump body to avoid wear of plungers and seals.
