360° Full-Coverage Three-Dimensional Cleaning, Efficiency Doubled
The multi-nozzle design allows independent angle adjustment, and combined with a rotary drive, it forms a three-dimensional spray surface. It can cover all parts of the workpiece, including the inner, outer, side, and bottom surfaces, without manual adjustment of the nozzle position. Compared with traditional single-nozzle heads, the cleaning efficiency is increased by 50%–80%, greatly shortening the operation time.
Precise Pressure Control + Adjustable Angle, Protecting Substrates from Damage
It supports pressure adjustment for individual nozzles, which can match the corresponding pressure value according to the thickness of different stains. The spray angle can be precisely fine-tuned within the range of 0°–120°, avoiding damage to the surface of precision workpieces caused by direct high-pressure water jet impact. It is especially suitable for cleaning soft substrates such as aluminum alloy and copper.
High Wear Resistance & Corrosion Resistance, Long Service Life
The nozzles are made of cemented carbide or sapphire, with a hardness of over HRC90. They can withstand the impact of ultra-high-pressure water flow up to 2000 bar and the erosion of acid-alkali cleaning media, and their service life is 3–5 times longer than that of ordinary stainless steel nozzles. The nozzle body is made of stainless steel, featuring rust and aging resistance, and is suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Strong Adaptability, Compatible with Multi-Scenario Operations
The standardized interface can be directly matched with industrial cleaning handheld guns, rotary guns, and high-pressure cleaner hosts. It supports the replacement of nozzles with different apertures to meet the full working condition requirements from precision cleaning to heavy-duty descaling, eliminating the need for additional procurement of special equipment.
Easy Operation, Reducing Labor Costs
No professional technicians are required for operation; ordinary workers can complete parameter settings by adjusting the angle knob. The nozzle can be connected to an extension rod for operation in narrow spaces, replacing manual entry into closed cavities for cleaning, and reducing the safety risks of working at heights and in confined spaces.
